An adaptation of the novel by the same name Bonda Mihidum is a masterpiece directed by Sujiwa Prasanna Arachchi. This tele-drama which was broadcasted in ITN during 2010 and ended during the last days of 2011. And in the 16th Sumathi Awards Saranga Disasekara and Uduri Warnakulasuriya were awarded with the best actor and the best actress awards for their roles in this tele-drama.
